These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and trading robot (“Service”) provided by Infinity Times (“we”, “our”, “us”). By subscribing or using our service, you agree to these Terms.
License, Usage limit and Eligibility
Our service is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement. When you subscribe to Infinity Times’ trading robot, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the robot on one single MT4/MT5 trading account only. You agree to: • Use the trading robot on only one account per paid user unless paid for more accounts • Not share access with others, whether manually or via third-party platforms • Not copy, extract, or redistribute signals from the robot to others • Not use our robot in any way that replicates or broadcasts its strategy (e.g., signal copying tools, mirror trading services, etc.) Any violation of this clause will result in immediate suspension or termination of your license without refund, and you may be permanently banned from using our services.
Subscription and Payment
• Subscriptions are billed monthly, annually and grant access to the robot for the duration of the paid period. • Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers. • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Prohibit use
You agree not to: • Reverse engineer, duplicate, modify, or decompile our trading robot • Share your subscription or account details • Use the robot as a signal provider for third-party services • Violate any applicable laws or trading platform policies
Intellectual Property
All content, including the robot code, settings, strategies, and branding, is the exclusive property of Infinty Times. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any part of our product.
